Changing Manager Information.

Your current information will be displayed on the first form you see when you log in. If you would like to change the information listed, simply make your changes and click on "Update Manager Information". If you would like to change your billing contact, please send an email to info@apartmenthunt.com


Listing all locations

Click on the "Locations" link to list all of your locations that you have access for.

Adding a new location

Click on the "Locations" link and then click on the "Add Location" link to add a new location.


Uploading a picture for a location.

Click on the "Locations" link and then click on the "Upload Image" link for the location you would like to upload an image for. Please upload an image that is 640x480. (640 width by 480 height). Please use .jpg files only. Thumbnails will automatically be created and used throughout the site.



Editing Location Information

Click on the "Locations" link and then click on the location you would like to edit. The information for that location will be displayed in a form. Simply make your changes that you would like and click on the "Update Location Information" button at the bottom. Your location will instantly be updated.

Add/Edit/Remove Units for a location

Click on the "Locations" link and then click on the location you would like. Next click on the "Units" link from the top. This will list out all of the units that are currently in the system. A unit is each different type of entry your location offers. For example, your apartment might have available 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom entries...each one would be a different unit. In order to later add a vacancy, you will first need to add a unit of that type.
-----To add a unit, click on "Add Unit for xxxx" link. Fill in all of the information that you can because it will save you time later when you add a vacancy.
-----To Edit a unit, click on the Edit button next to the unit.
-----To Remove a unit, click on the Remove button next to the unit. Please note that if you remove a unit, it will also remove any vacancies that you have listed for that unit.



Add/Edit/Remove Vacancies for a location

Click on the "Locations" link and then click on the location you would like. Next click on the "Vacancies" link from the top. This will list out all of the vacancies that are currently in the system.
-----To add a vacancy, click on the "Units" link. Select which unit you would like to add a vacancy for and click on the "Add Vacancy" link. The form will be populated with all of the information from that specific unit. You may make any necessary changes that are specific to the vacancy you are adding and then click on the "Add" button. Be sure to select a duration that you would like to list the vacancy for.
-----To Edit a vacancy, click on the Edit button next to the vacancy.
-----To Remove a vacancy, click on the Remove button next to the vacancy.



Changing Rental Application Notification options

Click on the "Locations" link and then click on the location you would like. Next click on the "Delivery List" link from the top. To add an entry to this list, click on the "Add Entry for xxx" link. Entries in this list will be notified each time a rental application is received. You can enter in either email addresses or fax numbers. Please make sure to include the are code if entering in a fax number. ex...4021234567.
-----To Edit an entry, click on the Edit button next to the entry.
-----To Remove an entry, click on the Remove button next to the entry.



Removing a Location

Click on the "Locations" link and then click on the location you would like. Next click on the "Remove xxxx" link from the top. Please note that if you remove a location you will remove everything associated with the location, units, vacancies images, etc.
